Form of workExecute strategy for the cohesive aggregation of data for analytical purposes to support the strategic objectives of a business segment. Execute ongoing improvements and support organizational change in how we leverage data to drive the business forward. Partner closely with various cross-functional audiences including business leaders, analytic teams, Technology partners, and other data management and governance leaders to support a more data-centric organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy Execution: With direction from leader, partner with Technology's Data Architecture team on overall delivery of data integration, aggregation, and storage ensuring safeguarding of sensitive data. Work with external data partners to source and integrate relevant external data and execute a multi-year roadmap for the data domain prioritized to business needs.
Data Strategy Development: Support the overall data strategy for data associated with Enterprise Resiliency, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
Data Management and Governance: Partner with Enterprise Resiliency leaders to oversee the data governance program to build and maintain a data catalog of data elements captured, including meta data information, and log data quality issues.
Organizational Support and Change: Support the Enterprise Resiliency team to become more data-centric and drive adoption of the use of new data domains. Create training sessions when new data is available, provide communications when data issues are identified, etc.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years)
5-7 years of relevant experience required
Demonstrated experience in data management and designing reporting using Power BI and other reporting tools
Demonstrated experience identifying system retirements based on business use scenarios
Preferred Qualifications
Business Continuity Management knowledge
Project management experience
