Business Consultant

As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze their business operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans for growth. Duties:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business processes and operations
- Advise on company bylaws
- Advise on company shareholder agreements
- Identify areas of improvement and develop actionable recommendations
- Assist clients in implementing changes and managing the change process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
- Conduct research and gather data to support strategic decision-making
- Provide guidance and support to clients on business development initiatives
- Assist in the development of strategic plans and long-term goals
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients on various business topics

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in business analysis, change management, and business consulting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data
- Knowledge of strategic planning principles and methodologies
- Experience in management consulting is a plus
