The Blue Collar Success Group is looking for an owner/operator from the Home Services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) that has a passion for helping others achieve their individual growth objectives.

As a growing organization we are looking to add a rockstar from the Home Services industry to guide and coach our clients to achieve their desired growth and business goals. The Business Coach will support clients using their proven experience combined with the tools and resources available within the Blue Collar Membership.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with experience owning and/or operating a Residential Home Services business. This is an outstanding opportunity for a knowledgeable and innovative Business Coach to join a growing company that offers inspiring leadership and financial rewards for hard work.
Responsibilities:
- Support and demonstrate the mission and core values of The Blue Collar Success Group.
- Work one on one with business owners and managers to achieve desired growth, identify and overcome challenges they may be facing in their business.
- Includes regular review of financials and KPI’s.
- Provide operational, management, financial, and marketing support to clients.
- Build trust to influence growth and profitability in client’s businesses.
- Provide guidance to business owners and managers on correct staffing levels for their business, how to recruit and train technicians, office, and salespeople.
- Become familiar with and utilize the membership tools and resources available based on membership level during one on one and group client interactions.
- Monitor and measure results of your dedicated clients in relation to their goals by utilizing our tools and systems.
- Lead group coaching calls, assist with topic direction, drive engagement and value.
- Lead live virtual trainings for front line team members and managers.
- Fulfill on-site training and coaching for Blue Collar clients as requested.
- Take initiative to support member retention during all client interactions.
- Utilize Hubspot or designated software to log and track all client interactions.
- Assist with developing training material, tools, and resources.
- Follow the established coaching processes and expectations set forth by management.
- Other projects or duties assigned or requested by management.
Education/Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as an owner or manager of a successful Home Service business in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades.
- Knowledgeable in all operational areas of the business structure; financial review, marketing, recruiting, etc.
- Experience managing other people.
- Technical knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical is a plus.
- Service Titan experience a plus.
Behavior/Skillset:
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand an income statement.
- Public speaking and the ability to deliver presentations to large groups both in person and virtually.
- Desire to work in a strong company culture and work as a team.
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel to company held events throughout the year, as well as industry trade shows, and client on site visits.
- Average travel is six to ten times per year, fluctuating based on seasonality.
- Close proximity to a major airport is required.
Work Location: Remote
- This is a remote position and requires the individual to have dedicated office space with professional background setting, free of background noise and distraction.
- General office furniture is the individuals responsibility.
- Company provides a laptop computer and other specific equipment deemed necessary for the role.
