Business Analyst - Topeka, KS (Onsite)

Armedia is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to function as an Implementation Lead, who will be responsible for implementation services, such as organizational change management, training and knowledge transfer, and end user support.

This role will require occasional onsite presence; therefore, the candidate will need to reside within a commutable distance to Topeka, Kansas.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to manage requirements timeline, issues and risks, and the ability to manage tasks, plans and projects.
• Basic understanding of the SDLC and some experience working with teams throughout the life cycle.
• Identify and propose solutions for business needs.
• Experience collecting, analyzing and documenting user stories and requirements from various user groups.
• Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical groups.
• Ability to be customer facing and lead multiple user-focused, functional requirements workshops.
• Ability to provide knowledge transfer and end-user training
• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented

Required Qualifications

• ·       Associates Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• ·       Two (2) years of relevant Business Analyst experience
• ·       Experience working with IT systems development or modernization projects

Preferred Qualifications

• ·       Bachelors Degree Business, Management or related field.
• ·       Four (4) years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
