Skills:
All candidates should have:
- 2-3 years’ experience working with Medicaid Eligibility Business Logic.
- Candidates should have experience with the BA responsibilities on custom software delivery projects as well as experience leading small teams.
- Be self-starters who have the desire and ability to learn a new system and its associated detailed Business Logic and data.
- Have experience applying a methodical process (such as use case/scenario analysis) to solving complex problems and analyzing issues.
- Be proficient (at least advanced skill level) with Excel, PowerPoint, and business process flow diagram tools such as Visio.
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong notetaking, issue summarizing, presentations, and correspondence.
