Overview:
Teletask is looking for a dynamic and versatile Business Analyst. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting our executive team and contributing to our strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will span across various domains including CEO support, sales and marketing support, and general administrative duties. This position requires a blend of administrative prowess, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
CEO Support:
- Perform administrative, market and competitive research, and customer support tasks for the CEO to free up time.
- Assist in drafting customer email responses to ensure they are timely and maintain professionalism.
- Provide support in strategic planning and execution, contributing insights and recommendations.
SaaS Sales and Marketing Support:
- Prepare, review, and finalize sales documents such as renewal quotes and invoices in our CRM.
- Craft detailed and effective Request for Proposals (RFPs) based on prior examples.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform business strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a chief of staff, Business Analyst, senior executive assistant role or similar.
- Proficiency in MS office suites, CRM systems and familiarity with project management tools
- Experience with contract renewals, especially with SaaS subscriptions.
- Experience preparing responses to government RFPs a big plus.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
General Administrative Duties:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including document management, data entry, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
