Advanced Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary:
TheGeneralClinicalPharmacistisresponsibleforprovidinggeneralclinicalandpharmacyservices.Thisincludessupervisionoftechnicalstaff. Accuratelycompoundanddispensepharmaceuticals. Assist withclinicalservicessuchasdrugconsults,nutritionsupport,pharmacokinetics,anticoagulantmonitoring,painmanagement,IVtoPO,renaldosingandotherprogramsasdefinedbyPharmacyLeadership. Assist with theantimicrobialmanagementandotherclinicalprograms.
Qualifications:
B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacyrequired*
Florida Pharmacist license required*
* Minimum of 1 year hospital experience preferred
