Job functions: 

The Business Analyst collects, maintains, reports and analyzes data to monitor the performance of programs and services.  

Responsible for preparing reports, identifies areas of improvement and supports root cause / corrective actions to monitor and enhance performance and profitability for our organization. 

S/he supports its internal customers, and business partners to streamline processes, improve functionality, prevent and correct transactional deficiencies, and enhance information access, sharing, and automation. This requires both business and technical expertise to assess technology and systems needs and determine where improvements can be made and take action accordingly. 

Additional responsibilities include: developing and monitoring department and organizational quality and delivery KPI’s and other process performance metrics; analyzing and reporting on metric/benchmark underperformance and compiling data for usage in effective business decision making; and driving additional business intelligence insights to make the team more effective. 

Skills Required:

• Advanced data analysis tools, technology and techniques 
• Fundamentals of Supply Chain, Inventory & Material Management principles
• ERP and CRM software functional knowledge 
• Business Data Visualization

Experience:

• Associate’s degree in Logistics, Sales or Supply Chain Management preferred or Equivalent Combination of Education, Training, and Work Experience
• 2+ Years of Related Work Experience in Business intelligence and Analytics
