Responsibilities
- Perform software requirement gathering and analysis via usergroups, interviews, research, etc.
- Work closely with the product owner tounderstand CleanSpark’s operational domain and emerging trends
- Elicit, organize, analyze, document and communicate businessrequirements
- Analyze business requirements and translate them intodetailed user stories, use cases and other functional requirement documents
- Create and maintain business process work flows andflowcharts
- Perform validation of developed solutions
- Assist in developing project plans, leading meetings, andother related tasks to gather and coordinate activities for requirementsgathering
Skills and Requirements
- Manage and maintain documentation supporting allaspects of the SDLC
- Excellent written and verbal communication andattention to detail
- Able to manage projects, timelines, anddeliverables
- Understands and is able to map and detailbusiness processes into text-based documents as well as visualizations,including flow charts and sequence diagrams
- Understands business intelligence and analysistools
- Proficient in applications such as MS Word,Excel, Visio, and Azure DevOps
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science,or related fields of study
- Bonus points for experience working with distributedteams
- Bonus points for experience in a technicaldomain
