Job Description
L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Business Analyst.
- Documenting as-is business processes
- Eliciting requirements from stakeholders
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings to elicit feedback
- Documenting to-be business processes
- Documenting business requirements
- Participating in JADD sessions
- Gathering and analyzing data to justify business need
- Developing project business cases
- Performing other general business analysis tasks as needed
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Business Analyst Certification (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PBA, or comparable)
- 7 years of experience leading elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts
- 6 years of experience creating process and value stream models to support the understanding of the "as-is" state and development of a "to-be" process
- 6 years of experience evaluating business processes and working with business users to gather requirements for Case Management application that supports a combination of human tasks and electronic workflow including case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication
- 3 years of experience working on Change Management strategies, plans, and activities designed to prepare and support people to adopt to changes in business processes, systems and technology, and organization structures
- 5 years of experience experience writing reports, preparing business cases, and presenting information to leadership and/or other stakeholders
