Job Description
Cape Fox Shared Services is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the overall accounting functional operations and business systems administration.
Essential functions and responsibilities for this position include:

• AP entry of invoices for, CFL, CFT, CFCF CFPM, CFC (may enter AP for other commercial entities and businesses). This includes printing checks, posting cash disbursements, and scanning/saving backup support.
• Set up new accounts with vendors and make sure information is accurate.
• Oversee Night Auditors entry into Opera, review Aloha entries, and reconciliation assistance to Costpoint GL/Revenue reports.
• Handle daily cash deposits for CFL, CFT, CFCF CFPM, CFC. May support cash deposits for other Cape Fox businesses as needed.
• Provide support for Clover system as needed
• Billing and A/R for Lodge, Tours, Property Management and Cultural Foundation
• Audit support
• Liaison to Manassas Accounting and Finance staff on business issues (i.e AP, GL, Revenue, Projects, etc.)
• Petty Cash maintenance and reconciliation of local petty cash accounts
• Hospitality inventory cost control
• Reconcile Sales Tax and Occupancy Tax on a quarterly basis:
• Reconcile and Expense credit card statements monthly.
• May assist with timekeeping and other project-based accounting needs.
• Budget support as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Preferred prior experience in Accounts Payable.
• Should have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of business systems such as Deltek CostPoint, Time and Expense, and Cognos reporting tools.
• Ability to lead special projects to successful conclusion in a timely manner.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure, handle stress and deliver professional results
• Strong collaboration, team building skills, and positive attitude.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Some travel may be required.
