Job Description:
4 -5 years of experience in business/technical/systems analysis for the development and/or maintenance of software applications
4 - 5 years of experience as a Business analyst in Healthcare industry
Experience in gathering and documenting detailed functional requirements.
Experience in creating and analyzing business process flow diagrams.
Strong analytical skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a strong client-facing presence
Ability to work within a team environment but with limited/no direct supervision.
Working knowledge of testing methodologies and/or experience in testing (user acceptance, system integration, interface, etc.)
Advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Able to effectively use Pivots in excel and analyze data in different ways

Role Responsibilities
Customer interaction, attend meetings with customer and onshore team.
Conduct Stand-up meetings, Communicating with Business Partners/communicating those Business Partners needs to next levels.
Investigation of Logs/tickets. (traditionally gathering any missing data from customer)
Deeper Dive into data trends, organizing time for collaboration with those that can resolve.
Updating/Keeping Knowledge based up to date for Level 1
Coordinating operation with vendors and clients and L3 dev teams
On call support in the Operations Space.
Understand the Application/ product functionality and clarify the queries raised by internal or external team.
Support with analysis and recommendations
Analyze the problem raised by customer or understand the requirement
Creating user requirements specifications document for internal/regulatory projects not sponsored by external customer.
Validate the data after application process/ jobs complete.
Proactively analyze the risk and alert the team, also come-up with mitigation plan & solution.
Interact with customer and propose the solution.
Providing high-level estimates of the necessary work effort to document requirements
Refining high-level estimates as more detailed requirements are captured and analyzed
Working to those effort estimates and providing immediate feedback to the Project Manager if the estimates will be exceeded
Plan and conduct interviews with business areas (end-users and managers) and technical staff
Coordinate with team members for peer and client reviews of documentation
Support the project delivery team during design, construction and testing of the project and facilitate
Provide detail design documentation including business rules, changes to UI and processing logic for enhancement to Health insurance enrollment, payments and billing.
Support project teams on an as needed bases (including but not limited to, review test cases/test plan of assigned project, research defects and provide design for correction)
Provide the training to juniors on functionality and monitor the work done by junior team members.
Mandatory Skills
More than 4 years of experience in Healthcare functionalities in the Provider domain and registration products.
Preferred
1-2 years of experience working with Database design, SQL and SDLC
4-6 years of Healthcare Consulting experience
1-2 years of experience in conducting L2 support duties
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $53 min. to $58 max. per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
