Job Summary:We are currently seeking dedicated and efficient individuals to join our team in a dual role that encompasses both Busboy and Dishwasher responsibilities. This position offers the flexibility to fulfill either one or both roles, depending on the candidate’s preference and our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- As a Busboy:

• Clear tables promptly after customers leave, ensuring a clean and inviting table setting for the next guests.

• Assist with setting tables, refilling water, and providing any additional support to waitstaff to enhance the dining experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including floors and surfaces.

- As a Dishwasher:

• Operate dishwashing equipment to wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

• Ensure the kitchen and dining area are stocked with clean dishes and supplies.

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors and surfaces.

• This position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $14 to $25, depending on whether the individual will be fulfilling one role or both the Busboy and Dishwasher responsibilities. Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the level of responsibility and skill required for each scenario.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required (although preferred); however, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

• Must be a team player and have excellent time management skills.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 per week

Shift:

• 10 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

• Arlington Heights, IL 60005: Relocate before starting work (Required)
