The Busperson is the backbone of the restaurant and provides integral support to both front of the house and back of the house, ensuring a memorable and seamless guest experience. The Busperson will assist the server by ensuring that every guest's needs, and special requests is met.

Primary Job Duties: - Includes, but is not limited to:
- Greet and welcome all guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain table cleanliness by removing finished courses and replenishing cutlery, when needed.
- Restock the dining room and side stations with cutlery, condiments and linen.
- Deliver beverages, including alcoholic options to guests.
- Maintain communication with other team members and front door staff.
- Assist your neighboring team member with service.
- Rotate to other Food & Beverage outlets/venues, as necessary.
- Ensure all Resorts World core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.
- Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
- Use personal device/ cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review company documents, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required:
- At least one year of previous Busperson experience in a similar or related field.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Polished appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- At least 21 years of age.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a large, luxury resort setting.
