ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Keep side stations stocked.
2. Assist Food Servers as necessary. Help control waste and breakage by handling service ware with caution; loading and unloading bus tubs with care; avoiding discarding reusable items.
3. Assists in keeping restaurant neat and clean.
4. Wipes down chairs, tables, child seats, and picks up floors around each table bussed.
5. Observes good sanitation and safety procedures.
6. Maintains a professional attitude following the Thoughtful Service model
7. Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Regular attendance required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE One to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Ability to read and write simple correspondences, memos and lists.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to work with weight measurements, volume and distance.
COMPUTER SKILLS None.
