Job Description:
Provide transportation services as scheduled to Greencroft residents and/or Adult Day Care participants.
Duties include:
- Provide hands-on assistance to residents as they board and leave the van or bus.
- Determine travel route to assigned destination prior to having passengers board the bus.
- Director of Assisted Living of any concerns or unusual behavior observed in a passenger. Report any routine or unusual maintenance concerns. Pre and post trip inspection sheets to be filled out for each trip.
- Complete an incident report any time a passenger is injured while getting on or off the bus, in an accident, or is involved in a situation that could have resulted in an injury (such as a fall). Complete an incident report each time the bus, property or person is damaged or injured.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Public or private business driving experience.
