Compensation: $20.00 USD per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively greet guest, groups of guests, and schools within earshot with a warm welcome.
• Fully explain what guests of the Dairy/Pig Adventure will experience during their bus tour utilizing script.
• Guide guests on what activities to do after their bus tour experience utilizing script.
• Ensure buses are clean, functional and safe.
• Obtain and share accurate dairy/pig knowledge with guests and co-workers.
• Solve problems as they occur.
• Work in a fast-paced environment being engaged, present and attentive to all guests.
• Professionally, politely, and positively communicate to guests and co-workers.
• Manage time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from company standard operating procedures and/or management.
• Command attention and take the lead with group leaders and teachers.
• Stay organized in manner, with materials, and company property.
• Stay in constant communication with other departments informing them of guest's activities and their desires.
• Multitask and anticipate the needs of guests.
• Communicate departmental improvement ideas or safety concerns to management.

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class B or higher.
• Any and all endorsements/requirements required for safe, legal operation of tour buses. (i.e. Passenger & Air Brake endorsements; current DOT Physical)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in driving commercial vehicles.
• Minimum 2 years' in a customer service type position.
• Able to perform pre-trip inspection on buses and record.
