Bus Driver Lead - 1St Shift- Part Time

As a Bus Driver Lead Lead you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives our residents by ensuring safe and comfortable transportation to various destinations. As a the lead you will also be responsible for intake requests, scheduling drivers for trips off hours, cleaning the buses, and be sure the maintenance of the buses are scheduled and up to date. As a Bus Driver, you will assist residents in the bus, including operating a handicapped-accessible lift and securing wheelchairs while maintaining their comfort and well-being. Wage: $20.00 per hour *Experience considered

Job Duties:

- Safely operate the community bus, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

- Assist residents with boarding and disembarking the bus, ensuring their comfort and safety.

- Maintain a clean and well-maintained bus, reporting any issues promptly.

- Plan and execute transportation schedules.

- Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, creating a positive and enjoyable experience during transportation.

- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and maintenance activities.

Must have current commercial drivers license and certification applicable to driving a bus. Must know how to operate a bus lift.
