Pay
Bulk Mechanic can make $25.97 - $31.73hr, depending on experience (DOE), plus Shift Premium for hours worked in the Weekend Zone Premium (Friday-Sunday)
Schedule
Weekend Shift
Thursday 9:00pm - 9:30am 12 hour shift
Saturday Night, 12 hour shift (Shift hours will be based on plant startup times)
Sunday 10:00pm-8:30am 10 hour shift
Clock out for lunch & other days and hours as needed
Sunday- Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm (Clock out for lunch)
Job Summary
The Bulk Maintenance Mechanic performs multiple functions to repair and maintain basic and complex mechanical machinery in his or her assigned area. They are required to continually maintain and improve methods in the operation of the Bulk and Indirect Process equipment to increase efficiency and prolong the life of the equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet Pay step 2 of Bulk Mechanic Step Criteria
- Two (2) years of experience maintaining automated industrial equipment or equivalent formal technical training and work experience.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronics controls
- Tools required (see list in Personnel)
- Forklift license (Eye exam and qualifying MVR within 3 working days)
- Must be able to obtain a scissor lift license
- Safety shoes first day on the job
- PC literate
- Must be effective communicator verbally and in writing
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good perception, judgment and decision making skills
- Willing and able to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Four (4) years of experience in general industrial maintenance
- One (1) year experience with metal fabrication
- Basic Arc and TIG welding experience
- Experience in industrial maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic controls as pertaining to industrial maintenance systems
- Knowledge of basic plumbing techniques
- MAXIMO and PC literate
