The Grounds Support is responsible for care of lawn, mowing, fertilizing, maintenance of equipment, structures, and pruning.
Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions of the Job:
- Golf course maintenance such as lawn mowing, care of sand traps.
- Golf course equipment maintenance.
- Irrigation maintenance.
- Tree pruning, grass seeding and raking
- Carpentry odds and ends
- Snow removal.
- Building maintenance
- Manufacturing support.
- Must be able to collaborate with others (including in person) to proactively develop solutions.
- Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Requires 1-3 years of related grounds keeping experience.
- The incumbent will be required to wear safety goggles and leather shoes or boots while working in plant manufacturing facilities.

- While performing the duties and responsibilities of this position, the employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, climb, and reach above shoulders. The employee is regularly required to sit, use feet to operate machine(s), and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and frequently is required to talk or listen, use hands to finger or handle, and move from place to place.
- During the performance of their duties, the incumbent will occasionally be required to lift up to 50 pounds such as lawn mowers and bags of fertilizer.
- During the performance of their duties, the incumbent will utilize golf course equipment, hand tools, and company cars and trucks.

- The employee works both indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Additionally, the incumbent will work near moving mechanical parts, and in high places. They will be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. There is moderate noise in the work environment.
