Building Sales Account Executive

Come work for a national construction company as a Building Sales Account Executive! Responsible for sales to mechanical contractors, designers and engineers. Promote and provide business and technical solutions. Build and manage long term customer partnerships. Execute sales process to build and manage long-term relationships by prospecting, qualify and close new sales opportunities.
Typical Day: -Seek out targets and initiate contact with multiple prospective customers -Complete Onsite visits with target companies - Share and educate technical knowledge plus expertise with potential customers to match a solution -Oversee projects from start to finish by managing job process, coordinating with field, procurement of materials and rolling out completion to client.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline. 5+ years of successful sales experience 3+ years of successfully selling within the HVAC or Building controls industry Excellent at initiating and cultivating relationships
