Building Maintenance Engineer

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Open availability, days, weekdays, weekends, holidays.

• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
• Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
• Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
• Take care of guest complaints regarding Building Maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines

• You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software
• This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
