new dispensary opening in Waterford, MI. We are looking for a budtender to help customers choose from a variety of strains and products.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store
- Provide information about the products and provide samples
- Answer customer questions about strains, effects, and usage
- Take payments via cash, credit, and check
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and the work area
- Collaborate with team members to provide the best customer service possible
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience helpful (no, it's not required)
- Ability to work well under pressure and with a busy schedule
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
- Ability to stand up and walk around for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
