Job Overview:

**MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO APPLY**

We are seeking passionate and customer-oriented budtenders and receptionists to join the Cottonmouth Crew. In these roles, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing a wide variety of cannabis products, provide information about different strains and consumption methods, and ensure a positive and personable experience for all customers.

Duties:

- Greet/welcome customers and address any inquiries, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere

- Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis product(s) based on their preferences and needs

- Provide detailed information about various strains, potency levels, effects, and consumption methods

- Accurately handle cash transactions using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.

- Operate the Dutchie point-of-sale (POS) system.

- Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed

- Educate customers on responsible cannabis use and safety guidelines

- Perform product demonstrations to showcase new or featured items

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.

- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable

- Experience with cash register operations or POS systems is a plus

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an asset

Skills:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide product information

- Proficient problem-solving abilities to swiftly resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction

- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management

- Fair computer literacy to operate Dutchie point-of-sale (POS) system

- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly dispensary environment

- Serving experience and sales experience is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
