This leadership position plays a crucial role in steering the firm's Transaction Advisory Services towards sustained growth and success. The Director will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the Advisory Services, leading high-profile M&A transactions, and building deep relationships with clients. With a focus on delivering exceptional Advisory Services, the Director will leverage their extensive experience in financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic consulting to guide clients through complex transactions. Responsibilities:

- Lead the Transaction Advisory Services department, setting strategic goals and ensuring alignment with the firms overall objectives.

- Direct complex M&A transactions, overseeing due diligence processes, financial analysis, and Advisory Services to maximize client value.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing bespoke advisory solutions.

- Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and enhancing the firm's market position.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality Advisory Services, upholding the firms reputation for excellence.

- Mentor and develop a team of Transaction Advisory professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

- Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated solutions to clients, enhancing the value and impact of Advisory Services.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and service offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA considered a strong asset.

- At least 8 years of experience in Transaction Advisory, investment banking, or a related field, with a proven track record in leading transactions.

- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to advise on complex transactional issues.

- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a history of developing and maintaining productive client relationships.

- Deep understanding of financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis.

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.

- Proven ability to drive business growth through strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
