Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, teas, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing food and beverages
- Assist with food preparation, such as frying Mochi Donuts and Korean Corndogs
- Upsell additional products or menu items to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of tea brewing techniques and familiarity with different blends
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Sales skills to promote additional products or menu items
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order taking and preparation
