Position Overview:
We want you to join the Bubble community! As a Field Team Rep at Bubble Skincare you will hold a pivotal role in bringing the Bubble story to the Ulta guests, Associates and Managers. Across your regional remit of stores you will be the face of Bubble day to day on the shop floor and responsible for executing events, direct selling, a whole bunch of product education, and bringing an exceptional experience to each and every person you come in contact with.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Serve as the face of Bubble Skincare on the sales floor at Ulta Beauty locations within your region. Engage customers, answer inquiries, and create a positive and informative brand experience.
- Brand Education: Become a product expert and educate guests on Bubble Skincare products, ingredients, benefits, and usage. You're really passionate about skincare and recommend routines like a 'friend' or 'older sibling'..not like a used car salesperson.
- Relationship Building: Foster and sustain the strong partnership between Bubble Skincare and Ulta Beauty employees, facilitating collaborative efforts to enhance in-store merchandising and promotional strategies, including impactful events.
- Events and Promotions: Plan and execute engaging in-store events to drive brand awareness and product engagement. Coordinate with the Retail Educator, Marketing and PR teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on product inventory levels, ensuring that Bubble Skincare products are well-stocked and that displays are appealing.
- Reporting: Generate routine reports on sales performance, educational activities, and market insights. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of opportunity for informed decision-making and strategic development.

- Ability to speak about the brand and products in a conversational manner, as if recommending them to a friend, effectively conveying enthusiasm and authenticity. Demonstrates the skill to engage guests without appearing naggy or pushy.
- Must enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, creative environment.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions to drive growth.
- Flexibility to travel within the region and attend industry events as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: This is an In Field / Remote position.
- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Availability on some weekdays but more weekends, evenings, and holidays
- FLEXIBLE HOURS: 16+ weekly hours available across 4 and 8 hour shifts; willing to collaborate on a schedule
- COMPENSATION & GRATIS: From $28 an hour dependant on location and experience; significant gratis offering and reward/bonus schemes
