We need candidates with Digital Analytics BSA experience that meets the JD below.
Work on large-scale, custom distributed systems
Understand and support business requirement and create functional & non-functional requirements
Ability to create and document EPICs, User Stories and business requirements for the digital products and platforms
Ability to assess, design, develop and implement new business processes, systems, products and services that are the deliverables from a strategic business change project as part of an overall strategic business change programme
Lead Agile team as well as work as a self-organized individual
Lead the development of digital roadmap and prioritisation of product and platform backlog for the digital teams in collaborating with key platform and product stakeholders.
Lead end to end intake process for the Digital Platform team including Digital Experience Analytics team.
Good Interpersonal Skills, Excellent Team Player and superior communication skills are must have traits of this role
Collaborate effectively and establish strong partnership with global stakeholders, IT teams, and business teams, vendors and SI partners.
Support the Incident, Change or Problem management as necessary
Driving and leading the change end-to-end
Mentor junior team members
Act as a communication bridge between Business/OPS and Technical teams
Manage Review and Sign-Offs from business stakeholders as well as other teams in the program
Liaison with Business Stakeholders in developing Change requests/ prioritizing defects and conducting High Level IA.
Build a knowledge base of the application within the organization and share knowledge with other team members
Involve in Sprint planning, grooming, tasking, retrospective, and demo's.
Coordinate and Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate software.
