Bartenders are responsible for providing friendly and timely service to all guests along with the maintenance, upkeep, and sanitation of the dining room and parts of the kitchen in compliance with state health and safety regulations. Bartenders are expected to greet, seat, and wait on all guests while maintaining positive communication with back of house staff. Servers will be responsible for facilitating positive guest experiences from entry to exit, including all food and drink orders or other required accommodations.
Requirements:
* Follow all company processes and procedures as outlined by the company handbook.
* Maintain a positive attendance record by arriving on time for all assigned shifts.
* Comply with all state and company mandated health and safety guidelines.
* Meet all uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
* Must be able to stand, exert well-paced mobility, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods of time.
* Prep and stock work station prior to start of service.
* Maintain a clean and organized work station.
* Plate, garnish, and deliver all menu items in compliance with company quality standards.
* Understand simple math calculations, units, and measurements.
* Clearly communicate with cooks and back of house staff.
* Clearly communicate with servers and other front of house staff.
* Safely store all food items, clean and sanitize work station, and complete all side work at the end of service.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction.
* Maintain a positive attitude and healthy work environment.
