We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills who can efficiently juggle multiple tasks and work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments. In this role, you will be an integral part of providing our Associate Brokers with unparalleled service, support, and tools to help them achieve their goals.
As the administrative assistant, your responsibilities will be varied and engaging. They include greeting clients, responding to emails, maintaining transaction files, and accurately entering data into multiple online platforms. You will also be responsible for preparing flyers and brochures, sorting incoming and outgoing mail, stocking supplies, and maintaining office equipment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of Information Management, Data Entry, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Docs, File Sharing, and Google Meet, and be able to learn new technology and tools quickly. You must also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. In addition, you should be able to multitask effectively in a busy office environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
