As our Broadcast Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our multi-channel marketing strategy. With a focus on audience creation and delivering batch-and-blast style campaigns that require multi-channel orchestration in their execution – handling up to 10 campaigns across 4 core channels a week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Leveraging your expertise, you'll innovate and effectively optimize and automate recurring campaigns, and use the full features of our new Mar Tech tools to create templates where appropriate. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including CRM, personalization Strategy and analytics, Marketing Channels (Retention, Media, and Dotcom), Product Management, Engineering, Marketing Effectiveness, and Data Science, to support highly personalized and effective multi-channel marketing campaign audience-building and orchestration.

- 3–5 years' marketing operations experience.
- Proficiency in using a multi-channel marketing tool for audience creation and customer journey mapping.
