Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Bridge Mills CNC Machinists for projects located in and around Green Bay, WI . This is a full time opportunity working 50 hours per week. The pay ranges up to $35/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Machine Large and Complex Weldments
Review Set up Sheet and Problem Solve any Concerns
Review and Run Right Angle Head Program
Run All Vertical, Horizontal and Boring Bar Machines
Set up, Operate and Tend to Preventative Maintenance for CNC Equipment
Assist in Programming Customers Drawings into the Machine using Virtual Gibbs/g Code
Identify Non-Conformance's During Inspection of Component Parts and Properly Document such Non-Conformance's
Notify Supervisor when Work Received Does not Meet the Specifications Required by Previous Operators Responsible to Record an Accurate Log of Job Times and Specifications for Audit Reports
Maintain, Clean Equipment, Tools, Work Area
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 Year Machining Certification; Preferred Experience: 6 Years of Machining Experience, 4 Years of HAAS Control, FANUC Bridge Mill Controls and/or Tosnuc
Bridge Experience on Feeler, Vision Wilde and/or HAAS
Ability to Understand Complex Fabrications and Datum Sequencing on Blueprints
Able to Understand Basic Vacuum Setups and Use Appropriate Machining Tools
High School Diploma or GED
