Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Vertical / Horizontal Mills and Lathe CNC Machinists for a project located in Waukesha, WI . This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to $40/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Machining Various Steel, Stainless, Non-Ferrous, and Super Alloys
Set up Vertical and Horizontal Mills and Lathes
Set up Machine from Scratch with no Instructions; Running New, Non-Repeat Product
Identification of Tooling Geometries and Carbide Grades
MDI Cuts to Establish Tool Positions; Determine Own MDI Code
Operating Overhead Crane and Jib Hoists
Requirements:
Proficient in GM Codes and have Experience in Setting up Vertical and Horizontal Mills and Lathes
Large Vertical and Horizontal Lathe Experience
Pass Drug Screen and Background Check
Able to Read and Interpret GDT Blueprints
Possess Strong Problem Solving Skills
Proficiency in Using and Reading Verniers, Calipers, Pi Tapes, Scales, etc.
