Bridal Attendant

Crossed Keys Estate is seeking a Bridal Attendant to join our team!
As the Bridal Attendant, you will be the person who can be trusted to take care of the bride and/or groom, communicate to and for them to manage stress levels and tend to their needs as they prepare for their wedding day. The attendant will serve as the couple's point of contact during the early part of the wedding day, collect any personal belongings and distribute them to the appropriate team members, and help with any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities to include:

• Checking in on our two getting ready spaces periodically throughout the morning and early afternoon, providing any items, beverages, tools, etc. that the couple and wedding party might need
• Keeping the couple comfortable and informed of what is happening throughout the pre-wedding period
• Communicating with the wedding party where they need to be or what they should be getting ready for next
• Receiving couple’s wedding decor items the morning of the wedding
• Relaying any last minute changes or questions that the couple has to the venue coordinator and fielding any day of questions as needed
• Retrieving emergency tools for couple and wedding party as needed (safety pins, stain pens, hair products, etc.)
• Ensuring getting ready spaces are stocked with amenities and toiletries at all times
• Transporting couple and/or wedding party member’s belongings from getting ready spaces to reception space
• Receiving food, liquor or decor item deliveries and greeting vendors as needed
• Performing general duties as assigned by the venue or requested by the couple or wedding party
• When not assisting the couple or their family, assist in Cocktail Hour and Reception setup as needed
• Assist Floral and Decor team when necessary
• Clean & tidy getting ready spaces after use

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Ability to identify and proactively fulfill couple, wedding party, and family members’ needs
• A friendly “can do” attitude and ability to remain professional in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience hosting/planning events or Bridal Attendant experience (preferred)
• Ability to work Friday - Sunday (some holidays)
