Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a love for craft beer to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with on and off-premise accounts in the Oklahoma City metro area. Our brewery is growing and this is a great opportunity to be a part of that growth while interacting with people and talking about craft beer every day.
Responsibilities:
- Visit on and off-premise accounts on daily and weekly assigned routes
- Restock shelves in off-premise accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts and buyers through regular communication
- Keep detailed notes of every account visit in our CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly bonus pay through targeted monthly performance goals
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role
- Strong communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficient in using company tablet or laptop with CRM tools for managing sales activities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for craft beer and brewing

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
