Breakfast/Lunch Server

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service - Answer questions about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods - Assist with cash handling and operate the cash register or POS system - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency - Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines Skills: - Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is preferred but not required - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Culinary knowledge is a plus but not required Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service.
