Breakfast/Lunch & Dinner Servers

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry, excellent sales skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments using Aloha POS system and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining tables, service stations, and utensils
- Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and other necessary equipment for dining service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Required)
