Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
- Inform guests about the hotel features/benefits.
- Deal with inquiries, requests and complaints from guests-Communicate with appropriate departments.
- Ensure guests cold items are stocked, maintained, and ready at alltimes.
- Make sure there are plenty of plateware and silverweare for guest services.
- Perform cashier duties - using P.O.S., posting credit card and cash transactions.
- Know hotel emergency procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of Breakfast area and Public Areas
- Follow up with guests to ensure their request or problem has been met to their satisfaction.
- Follow all policies and procedures as dictated by the brand and Corporate Office.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up.
