We need someone welcoming and attentive to serve food and drinks to guests, clear plates and silverware, and make sure any special guest needs or requests are taken care of. Our banquet servers need to have a team-first approach since you'll be working closely with other servers, banquet captains, and kitchen staff to ensure events run smoothly. Responsibilities:- Clear plates, replace silverware, and be mindful of needs guests have
- Carry coffee pots, water pitchers, and other drinks around the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as requested
- Follow all food and safety guidelines as well as ensure that the entire team is adhering to the same food handling standards
- Serve appetizers, main course meals, desserts, and other items, such as drinks, to banquet guests
- Offer an outstanding guest experience from the beginning to the end of each banquet event
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Food service industry experience is highly desired
- Display superior communication and interpersonal skills interacting with guests and coworkers
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
