Breakfast Cook

Overview:

As a Breakfast Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, assisting with food preparation and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties:
- Cooking of various dishes according to recipes and menu specifications (cook-to-order and buffet)

-Execute cooking procedures based on written recipes requiring preparation from raw ingredients.
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with stock rotation
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, and ovens

-Plate to the specifications of the brand

Qualifications:
- 1+ year previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
