Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is cooked and served in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth breakfast service
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Follow all safety and health regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Cook or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of breakfast food preparation techniques and presentation
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Good interpersonal skills for guest relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
