Purpose of Position: Responsible for the production of high quality food for our guests and upkeeping cleanliness in our breakfast room.

Essential Functions (but not limited to):
1. Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the brand manual, and ownership employee handbook.
2. Clean up station and take care of leftover food
3. Complete all side work, cleaning tasks, and all other duties assigned by supervisor.
4. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
5. Conduct yourself in a professional manner according to company policy.
6. Contribute to professional and team-friendly environment.
7. Cook menu items.
8. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
9. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
10. Must be properly dress in the uniform, well-groomed, and hair tied back.
11. Must ensure that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the kitchen area at all times.
12. Must maintain good personal appearance, hygiene, and following the uniform guidelines.
13. Must meet all applicable laws, health codes, rules, and procedures in food safety.
14. Must meet all cooking standards to maintain a high quality of food and service on consistent basis.
15. Must report when inventory is low and needs to be reordered.
16. Must stock all items daily (and appropriately) and ensure adequate amount of prepping is done.
20. Prepare food for breakfast service (cooking necessary breakfast items)
21. Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
22. Washing all dishes used.

Mandatory Job Requirements:
1. Read, write, and speak English recommended.
2. Neat, well-groomed appearance.
3. Must have a flexible schedule to include early mornings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Pleasant personality and people skills.
6. Follow all heath codes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
