The number one priority of this department is guest satisfaction. Working Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays is required. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Shift begins at 6:00 am.
- Prepares the buffet before guests begin arriving for breakfast.
- Must comply with all brand and health department standards
- Greet guests as they enter breakfast area
- Receive direct and indirect customer feedback regarding their dining experience and relay feedback to management
- Clean the tables with disinfectant after each guest has finished eating
- Keep breakfast bar stocked during breakfast hours
- Ensures food is prepared and properly stored prior to the next day’s shift.
- Cleans breakfast area and kitchen according to established standards after breakfast has ended. This includes vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and washing dishes, cleaning ovens and microwaves, wiping tables, washing windows, etc.
- Clean and maintain lobby coffee station
- Report all lost and found to supervisor or front desk staff
- Inventory and place orders for breakfast weekly
- Stock the weekly breakfast deliveries
Qualifications
- Must be able to walk and stand for a full shift; bend, stoop, and reach overhead; pushing and pulling upward of 100lbs and lifting upward of 50lbs.
- Weekends and holidays are required.
- Shift begins at 6am
- This is a fast paced job that requires multitasking. We are looking for an honest and dependable person who can handle working with multiple interruptions.
