Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all food and beverages are stocked and displayed attractively
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Assist guests with any questions or special requests regarding the breakfast menu
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Monitor food inventory and replenish items as needed
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or restaurant industry preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to handle knives and other culinary tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Experience in catering or banquet services is an asset
