- Solely responsible for the daily preparation and presentation of all food items served to guests.
- Discusses inventory needs with operations manager on a weekly basis.
- Other duties as required.
- Solely responsible for the daily set up, up keep, and breakdown of the daily hot breakfast buffet, and coffee area for all guests in a 91 room hotel.
- Warmly greets/acknowledges all guests who enter the breakfast dining area.
