Breakfast Attendant

Must be able to work at 6-6:30AM - 11:45AM, Mornings.., Weekends.., Holidays.

``Duties```
- Prepare and set up breakfast service in a timely manner
- Brew coffee and ensure coffee station/Market is Stocked, well-maintained throughout shift

- Serve, Input orders into cash register and secure accurate payment.

-Clear, clean and reset tables for dining as needed

-Help clean kitchen, Market and wash dishes used during shift

-Familiarize and be knowledgeable of current food and beverage offerings.

-Support all areas of the beverage and food service as necessary including washing dishes by hand and/or placing them in a dishwashing machine restocking dishes glassware utensils pots and pans or other necessary equipment sweeping and mopping floors washing work tables walls refrigerators and meat blocks moving trash and garbage to designated areas.

-Deliver hot to order items from kitchen to tables.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area through À la carte offerings/Buffet
- Handle food in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Utilize Oracle POS system for guest orders and payments

-Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed

-Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures, i.e. product rotation, dating, labeling, and cleaning

```Skills```
- Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional service
- Basic culinary knowledge for food preparation and presentation
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Familiarity with Oracle POS or other restaurant POS systems
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
