Breakfast Attendant

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Duties: - Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and presentable - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with any questions or special requests they may have - Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes - Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed - Ensure that food is presented in an appealing manner - Clear tables and clean up spills or messes promptly - Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area throughout the shift - Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and cleaning Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation is a plus - Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is beneficial - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a professional manner - Strong attention to detail to ensure food presentation is appealing - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Good phone etiquette for taking reservations or answering guest inquiries If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
