Bread Baker

```Duties```
- mastery of sourdough and wild fermentation -Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules
- Measure and mix ingredients, using scales
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure goods are baked to perfection
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a bakery is mandatory
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- mastery of knowledge with various baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
