Branded Entertainment Coordinator

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Branded Entertainment Production Operations Coordinator with our client in the entertainment industry located in Atlanta, GA.

• 3-Month assignment (with the possibility of extension)
• Pay: $26/hr.
• Hybrid (out of Atlanta OR Knoxville)

Overview:
Branded Entertainment (BE) team oversees production of all linear content for Ad Sales that is co-branded, featuring network brands, shows and/or features network talent. They do so in collaboration with several internal & external teams including the network Brand Marketing and Show Production teams, Ad Sales Marketing, agencies & production companies.
The Branded Entertainment team is comprised of creatives, production managers & marketing leads working across all of the US Networks
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the Branded Entertainment Production Operations & Creative teams with any & all tasks including…

• Track campaign elements in project management systems.
• Spearhead meeting management including scheduling, agenda creation & distribution, leading certain meeting discussions, and taking & sending out recap notes.

• Create one-sheets, process docs, presentations & recaps.
• Support the Sr. Director of Home Giveaways on build & marketing initiatives for the Home Giveaways including the Dream Home, Smart Home & Urban Oasis.
• Collaborate with creative & production leads on asset management & communication between internal groups & external vendors, agencies & production companies.
• Aid in the processing of invoicing & legal paperwork.
• Compile, organizing & distributing internal documents, grids, calendars & reports.
• Network with members of an array of departments to better understand the business as a whole

• Your strengths include multitasking & thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent organizational skills with a genuine interest in the creative process, what goes into getting that creative produced & how the marketing machine works. You get a thrill seeing ideas come to life.
• You take notes in a way that would make your professor proud.
• You create a presentation deck in a manner that makes your graphic designer friend jealous.
• You're a team player & self-starter who is eager to dive in, no matter the size of the task.
• You're no newbie when it comes to Outlook, Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) & Google Docs (e.g. Docs, Sheets and Slides).
• Technology does not intimidate you – you are comfortable learning new applications and software.
