WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will conduct insightful and analytical assessments with a higher-level focus. Not only will you have meaningful input on client briefs and business plans, but have a strong grasp on agency philosophy. By leveraging this to sell and defend the work, this will provide impact of new marketing and media trends.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Be the daily go-to person for the creative team
- Establishes trusted partnership within the core team
- Understand staffing and resource requirements
- Manages the Brand Executive(s) and supports the Management Supervisor(s) and Brand Director(s)
- Knows as much about client's business as they do and successfully manage their expectations
- Be calm, cool, and collected under fire
- Know how to pick battles and resolve conflicts with respect
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Collaborate with planning to write/sell campaign briefs and POVs
- Capable of judging work as strategically on/off
- Contribute to making strong work through informed debate with client + team
- Ensure comms plans are effectively amplifying ideas
- Be a trusted creative partner as someone who has good instincts
- Structure and prepare well written POVs, decks and presentations
- Be a strong presenter in command of the materials
- Take the lead on cross functional meetings to drive discussion, decisions and next steps
- Understand the basics of agency profitability and staffing issues
- Manage campaigns within timelines and budgets
- Understand opportunities to grow client business
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years relevant industry experience
- Solutions-oriented approach mindset with a sharp, strategic marketing instinct.
- Thorough understanding of scope development, financial project set-up, production management, and scope briefing/implementation with creative and production team
All hires must be located in or willing to relocate to New York to work from our offices hybrid three days a week.
The annual salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000 and may vary depending on the candidate's experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
